BOUDREAUX’S JERK STRING KIT

Built to pair with the Boudreaux’s Jerk Rig Puller or use as a traditional hand-pulled jerk string.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

90 ft of coated stainless steel cable
12 ft of marine-grade bungee
12 stainless steel decoy drops with oversized stainless steel clips
Plastic line handle

The oversized clips make the decoy drops quick and easy to use in the field, even with gloves on. Place the drops anywhere along the jerk string and space your decoys however you like.

USING WITH A BOUDREAUX’S JERK RIG PULLER

Set up your puller and connect the non-bungee end of the jerk string to the puller’s main pull line. Run the jerk string out in the direction you want, then secure the opposite end to a stake, tree, or other solid anchor point.

A weighted anchor can also be used, but is not recommended when using the jerk string with our automatic Jerk Rig Puller.

Once everything is set, attach your decoy drops anywhere along the jerk string. The oversized clips can also be attached directly to spreader bars, making it easy to add them into your setup.

The included plastic handle keeps the jerk string wrapped up and organized when not in use. When using the jerk string by hand, the same handle can be used to work the jerk string and add movement to your spread.

The Boudreaux’s Jerk String Kit can be used with our automatic puller or on its own as a traditional hand-pulled jerk string.
